RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

As many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities or available on pre-order, we invite our clients to make considered purchases.

Each piece is carefully crafted in limited quantities using artisanal techniques. For this reason, slight variations in color, texture, or natural markings of the materials are part of the character of the product and should not be considered defects.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, including all protective materials, dust bags, and tags where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

To request a return, please contact us at sara@bottega-moderna.com with your order number.

 

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect. The customer is responsible for the item until it reaches our facility. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Non-returnable items

Due to the artisanal and often personalized nature of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Personalized or hand-painted items

Refunds

All returned items are subject to inspection once received.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are non-refundable

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Boutique pick-up

Orders selected for Boutique Pick-Up may be collected once you receive our confirmation email.

Returns for Boutique Pick-Up orders follow the same policy and must be requested within 14 days of collection.

International returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated customs declarations.
